Let me introduce our company. We are Landmark Metal Builders, Inc. (LMBI), a Premier Metal Building Erector and supplier. We also specialize in residential and commercial steel stud framing, and suspended ceilings. Although LMBI is a fairly new company (incorporated in 1997), our President, Richard S. Moss was the sole owner/operator of Arizona Landmark, a steel erection company serving Arizona from 1974 through 1986. As the owner of Arizona Landmark, he enjoyed the reputation of being the premier metal building erector of Southern Arizona.

Our Vice-President of Construction, Dominic Moss, and our Vice-President of Sales, Brandon S. Moss, have had the opportunity to grow up in the construction industry. Both started at the ground level with Arizona Landmark, and went on to mature into management positions with a variety of companies. This gives them solid experience in not only construction techniques but also in business management.

Additionally, now as LMBI, our attention to detail and our commitment to "do whatever it takes" has fueled our rapid expansion. We are pleased to say that since our start in 1997 with just four employees, we have grown to five full time metal building crews and three steel stud, drywall, and acoustical ceiling crews with a total of over forty full time employees. Over the past 4 years we have completed a variety of projects ranging from small garages to multi-building complexes. Our variety of experience guarantees that we will be able to complete your projects on time and with outstanding quality.

Our focus is on service and quality workmanship. LMBI offers competitive pricing, although we will not always be the cheapest, we will be the fastest and offer an unparalleled end product. We owe our success and reputation to our innovative erection techniques and the quality of our finished projects. Therefore, we maintain a fine balance between service, quality, and price.
